No, we are offering both pick up AND delivery free of charge as part of our EXCELLENT service!
Where do you pick-up and drop-off my clothes?
You choose the location: from your garage, patio, side yard, office, supply room, unused corner, wherever you'd prefer. *Special Note: If your drop-off would be exposed to the elements we will reschedule it and our driver will deliver it to you the next day.
Do you provide a bag for my clothes to be picked-up in?
We provide you with our special Zebra Dry Cleaners bags, as many as you need.
How do I get my special Zebra Cleaners bag?
The driver will leave one for you each time he drops off your clothes. Additional bags are also available upon request.
How do I place an order?

How will I know my scheduled drop-off and pick-up days?
On our first visit, our driver will confirm your schedule.
How do I pay for your door-to-door service?
Once you sign-up for the service, the balance each month will be charged to your credit card on a weekly basis. Of course, a detailed statement, along with a receipt, will be sent to you.
Do I have to tip the Zebra Dry Cleaners driver?
No. Zibra Dry Cleaners drivers DO NOT accept gratuities.
Do I have to be there when the drop-off or pick-up is made?
No. Your driver will service your pre-selected location. If you forget to leave your bag out just call 803-957-7780 to make new arrangements.
How do I tell Zebra Dry Cleaners about a special request/issue with my garments?
Simply leave a detailed note in your bag for our European Dry Cleaners representative regarding your repair, special spots that need attention, press only request or water repellency treatment.
What should I do with my leather and suede clothing?
Please leave the item in your bag for our representative. Leather goods normally take two weeks for cleaning, and may require a release form. If you need to indicate a stain, please leave a note for us in the bag. CAUTION: do not put any adhesive tape or stain stickers on the garment as this will leave a stain.
What should I do with any alterations that I may have?
Please leave a detailed note on the item to be altered and place the item in your bag for our Zebra Cleaners representative. If you require a fitting, please visit us at the store, (722 West Main Street Lexington, SC 29072, behind Lexington post office) Tel: 803 957-6399 for a perfect fit. Please note that alterations may require a little more time.
